Panca worked with In-Ex and Regal London to deliver this new mixed-use development scheme in Watford. The scope of works included multiple residential and commercial terraces as well as the ground floor public realm along Clarendon Road.
The original design has been developed into a full RIBA Stage 5 construction set, including hard and soft details, selection and procurement. Panca was also involved with on-site management and coordination with local and international suppliers.
