Since our founding in 2024, Panca has been working across a diverse range of residential and commercial developments in the UK and the US. Our studio brings particular expertise in public realm and roof terrace design, with a strong track record in delivering technically complex schemes for leading commercial clients. Our growing portfolio reflects a commitment to design quality, placemaking, sustainability, and human-centred design.
What we do.
Our services span the full project lifecycle - from early concept design for planning applications, including Urban Greening Factor (UGF) assessments, through to detailed design and BIM integration for RIBA stages 2–5. Beyond large-scale developments, we deliver bespoke garden design projects for private clients both across the UK and overseas. We are also experienced in navigating the evolving regulatory landscape and aligning landscape strategies with emerging planning, biodiversity, and climate resilience goals.
