Panca have been responsible for developing the design, illustration graphics, as well as tender and construction drawings set for this residential scheme in Brooklyn, NY. The large roof terrace features an outdoor kitchen and dining area, sheltered by a pergola structure, offering a perfect setting for gatherings and alfresco dining. The adjacent central green area, serves as an inviting and informal gathering space, encouraging relaxation and social interaction amidst lush greenery. In addition to the rooftop amenities, the project includes multiple outdoor spaces distributed across various levels, providing diverse inclusive opportunities for active and passive recreation designed for all age groups.
