Following the successful grant of planning permission, Panca worked with HouseUP to discharge the landscape planning conditions for a dual-dwelling development in Croydon, consisting of a new three‑bedroom residential unit alongside a separate HMO unit. Both properties benefit from dedicated front and rear gardens, providing valuable private outdoor space within a compact urban setting.
The design focuses on creating attractive and low‑maintenance spaces, featuring a selected palette of drought‑tolerant and evergreen shrubs and trees. This approach ensures year‑round structure and visual interest while reducing long‑term maintenance demands, supporting a practical and sustainable landscape solution for future residents.
