Working in collaboration with the lead architect, Panca has developed the landscape concept for a private villa on the Italian coast, where historic grandeur meets modern luxury. The design celebrates the villa’s Liberty style, blending symmetrical geometries with eclectic elegance.
To address the site’s significant elevation change, the proposal transforms a structural challenge into the villa’s most dramatic feature. An infinity pool and separate jacuzzi are centrally positioned as a focal feature, flanked by a series of geometric steps creating a sculptural, ascending journey from the lower-level arrival space to the villa’s primary entrance.
Dedicated areas for outdoor dining and a lounge are located at the rear of the villa, offering a private and quiet retreat. In contrast, a sun-drenched solarium is oriented to capture the panoramic and unobstructed views of the Mediterranean Sea.
