Panca worked with Grain Collective to develop the ground floor public realm design of a new residential development nestled within a State Park in Jersey City, NJ, and was actively involved in the design process from concept to construction of the Water Garden - a zero-discharge landscape that showcases sustainable stormwater management practices and celebrates New Jersey's riparian habitat, educating users through exploration and discovery.
